Senior Parcel Manager, New Campus of American University in Cariro at Fifth Settlement District in New Cairo, i was responsible for Parcel 4 which was including the Research Center, information Center, rehearsal theater, store book, and Main Thearter.
During this period, all of 5 site engineers and 12 foreman were reported to me, and i was reported to the project construction manager.
In that project, i dealt with so various and reputable firms such as FLUOR, CDC, VOK, Kharafi National, Nile Aster.

The Scope of contract consisted of carry out the required engineering, procurement, services, construction, supervision and project management for both schools

Consultant : Management of projects and maintenance – Ministry of Education

Responsibilities:

.Prepare a materials schedule for the project.
.Submit the samples selected to the consultant to be approved
.After approval of the consultant, all orders to be prepared and to forward to the main office in Riyadh
.prepare the time schedule for the project
.Supervising all works currently executed on site
.Establish daily, weekly and monthly reports.
.Supports project administrative activities.
.Supervise the development of the schedule of project plan.
.Coordinate with the consultant for inspections and progress of the project.

Procurement Engineer in Main office of Tripoli-Libya, Responsible for the procurement of all materials to a four stars Hotel in Ajdabiyah with a budget of 12 million USD, PEPSI Plant at Tripoli, and some other different projects all aroun Jamaheryah.

Responsibilities:

.Receive contract documents from chief Materials Engineer
.Gathering information for suppliers listed in company approved list of vendors
.Review drawings as provided by the design office and provide relevant data in cooperation with them
.Prepare preliminary Schedule of Materials and send to site
.Ask for quotations either directly or through the J&P Head offices abroad
.Prepare a comparison table and suggest a supplier to the chief Materials Engineer
.Upon selection of the supplier, brochures with details of the materials and samples to be submitted to the client for approval
.Prepare Material order requisitions and all supporting documentation.
.Forward a copy of all information related to each order to site for confirmation
.Preparing monthly updated Materials Control Schedule and send to site and Planning Department
.Follow up the progress of the orders on regular basis by chasing suppliers either by mail or fax or phone, Act on the Receiving and Checking Report
.Participate in the project Kick-Off Meeting.

Project: Four Seasons Hotel Resort, Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt,

Construction of "Four Seasons Hotel Resort", the Skeleton of main building, 112 Chalets Building, 19 units Clusters, 34 Villas, 6000 Lm of Retaining walls, Fitness Center, Water treatment plant, Pump Station, Staff housing, Chalets Pool, 34 Swimming pools, hardscape, internal Roads, drainage Pipeline, Roof insulation, Landscape and High standard (5++ Stars) Finishing Works, Handing over the Project.

Budget: 140, 000, 000.00 ($USD)

Client: Alexandria and Saudi company for Rehabilitation Investment
(Prince/ Walid Bin Talal & Talaat Mostafa Group).

.Supervising all works currently executed on site
.Establish daily, weekly and monthly reports.
.Cooperate with the consultant regarding inspections.
.Support project administrative activities.
.Prepare the preliminary invoices for sub contractors to be revised from Q.S
.Participate in weekly progress meetings to discuss the problems may faced on site
.Prepare site requisitions to material store
.Evaluate periodically the staff working on site (Foremen ,Treads men, Laborers)
.Cooperate with planning section to prepare monthly time schedule updating.
.Finish the final touch comments, testing and commissioning.
.Handover the project.

Al Azhar Road Tunnels - Cairo - Egypt
A major French company which is the world leader in the field of geotechnics e.g, Diaphragms, Slurry walls, Barrettes, Piles and Grouting etc.

.Quality Control of all operation of Grouting in CWO – TBM Crossing
.Quality Control of all operation of Grouting in Al-Hussein Ventilation Shaft
